At the end of the 2003-04 season we realized that snowboards have far less control than skis. If snowboarding was only about Freestyle, that would be fine, but Freestyle is only a small part of the sport, and most riders actually Freeride or All-Mountain. Eventually, riders were bound to expect more from their equipment, which hasn’t significantly improved in over two decades. By identifying this problem a couple of years earlier, we have had some time to figure out how to deliver the greater performance that the snowboarders are looking for now.
Our team of smart and scrappy engineers has worked long and hard at solving this problem. In the past four years, we have made several prototypes and rode them extensively to identify the problems that one can’t find by just sitting in front of the “drawing board”. All of these smaller technical problems that we have found and solved have led us to delivering the ultimate performance solution. We have now manufactured the next generation in performance, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect, since the past couple of years have shown that snowboarders are starting to leave snowboarding for Freeskiing. We are here to stop and reverse that trend. We are here to offer the answer to those that crave the power carve, that want their money’s worth in equipment, that want a high performance snowboard.
